‘Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable… To talk about how you are feeling. To have the hard conversations.’
Brené Brown
What if you felt great in your body, mind and spirit right where you are in this moment?
Sounds ideal, right?
You know that ‘sinking feeling’ in your stomach?
It’s your body’s intuition advising you that something is wrong — sending a signal to your brain to figure out what it could be and what to do next.
Usually, our bodies respond before our brain, so tuning into your body’s signals is a powerful tool. This tool helps you become aware of how different emotions show up inside your own body. This increases both your emotional awareness and your emotional intelligence, giving you power to support your nervous system to enable you to shift unwanted habits, blocks and stories.
Essentially, somatic coaching helps you explore, and to draw connections to where you feel different emotions in your body. It aids you to move into a more aligned and ignited version of yourself — an aligned self can access good feelings right where you are.
Somatic Coaching focuses on what you want to embody, your vision, and how you want to show up in the world.
I work with people just like you, in person and over Zoom, to help you improve your sense of self, break down barriers, and embody your vision. Feeling curious? Contact me to begin a conversation about how this somatic approach can help you create and sustain change in your life.
“We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.” Brené Brown
‘‘Ailsa is a gem of a human, and I’ve been fortunate to experience coaching and healing dance practice with her. As a coach, Ailsa immediately created a safe space. I gained many insights in simply sharing honestly with her, as well as receiving her powerful feedback. Her coaching is like a hot toddy - her warmth makes the truths she spots and offers very easy to swallow.’’

‘‘Being led in a healing dance by Ailsa was a cleansing experience: my stagnant judgmental energy gradually shifted so that by the end I felt joyful and free-flowing. Do you need more warmth, truth, and joy in your life? If so, you should probably hire Ailsa.’’
